GONGURA CHICKEN Recipe::
INGREDIENTS :
1 kg - Chicken 
1 bunch - Gongura leaves 
2 - onions, medium size 
3 tsp - Red Chilli powder 
2 tsp - dhaniya powder 
1 tsp - Turmeric powder 
1 tsp - Garam Masala 
1/2 cup - Coriander leaves 
2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste salt to taste 
4 tsp - oil


METHOD::
1. Wash and clean the gongura leaves. 
2. Boil them till soft and grind it in a mixie.
3. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel.
4. Fry the onions till golden colour.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till aroma comes.
6. Add the chicken and fry for a while about 5 min.
7. Add all the dry powders and fry for a min.
8. Add gongura paste, mix well. Cook for some more time
9. Add garam masala and mix it.
10. Cook till done.
