Minapa Attu
Ingredients: 

Urad dal-1 cup
onion-1
greenchilli-2
salt-tasty
ginger-1 inch piece
curry leaves-2 bunches
oil-for fry

Method

Step 1:

Soak urad dal for 3 hours and grind well in to tight batter like vada (garelu) batter, rest for 1 hour. 

Take batter in a bowl and keep a side.

Step 2

Heat tawa and place batter and spread like dosa batter and make some thick dosa. 

Place chopped onion, chilli, ginger, curry leaves and press gently with spatula, pour oil and fry on medium flame for 3 mints or until gold colour comes out.

Step 3

Turn & fry for 2 mints and serve hot with chutney.
